UO Rewards program
I worked with the loyalty marketing team to introduce the brand-new UO Rewards program into the UO app in September 2016 as the lead UX designer. With the enhanced onboarding flow and interactive contests & giveaways, we now see over 560K engaged loyalists and 45K new enrollments per week as of December 2017.
Wish List
One of the first projects I took charge of was Wish List. Wish List launched in April 2017 and received highly positive customer feedback. It is currently the 4th most accessed feature within the entire iOS app, while the customers who engage with this feature lead to a double conversion rate than those who don't.
Scan + Shop
UO partnered with the leading visual search engine, Slyce, to offer our customers an omni-channel shopping experience. As a result, we successfully:
Promoted app usage and customer engagement
Increased conversions in-store and online
Saw a post-launch jump in our App Store rank, improving from 73 to 35 in the Shopping category, and from 1342 to 662 overall
And Beyond
I couldn't be more proud and grateful to be able to grow with such amazing team & product. The UO iOS app alone has been downloaded over 4.5 million times in more than 120 countries as of December 2017.
